訂單確認(rèn)之后，乙方須依照相關(guān)確認(rèn)書所規(guī)則的功夫開立以甲方為受益人的保兌的、不行廢除的即期斷定證。乙方開出斷定證后，應(yīng)登時(shí)報(bào)告甲方，再不甲方籌備交貨。

6.回傭commission
在本和議期滿時(shí)，若乙方實(shí)行了第二款所規(guī)則的數(shù)額，甲方應(yīng)按裝運(yùn)貨色所收到的發(fā)單累計(jì)總金額付給乙方*%的回傭。

7.商場(chǎng)情景匯報(bào)reportsonmarketconditions
乙方每3個(gè)月向甲方供給一次相關(guān)其時(shí)商場(chǎng)情景和用戶看法的精細(xì)匯報(bào)。同聲，乙方應(yīng)隨時(shí)向甲方供給其余供給商的一致商品樣本及其價(jià)錢、出賣情景和告白材料。

8.傳播告白用度advertising&publicityexpenses
在本和議靈驗(yàn)期內(nèi)，乙方在上述經(jīng)銷地域所作告白傳播的十足用度，由乙方自理。乙方須事前向甲方供給傳播告白的圖案及筆墨證明，由甲方審查承諾。

9.和議靈驗(yàn)期validityofagreement
本和議經(jīng)兩邊簽名后奏效，靈驗(yàn)期為天，自至。若一方蓄意延遲本和議，則須在本和議期滿前1個(gè)月書面報(bào)告另一方，經(jīng)兩邊計(jì)劃確定。
若和議一方未實(shí)行和議條件，另一方有權(quán)中斷和議。
