交易兩邊經(jīng)計(jì)劃承諾按下列條件拍板：

如買方提出索取賠償，凡屬品德疑義須于貨到手段港口之日起30天內(nèi)提出，凡屬數(shù)目疑義須于貨到手段港口之日起15天內(nèi)提出，對(duì)所裝貨色所提任何疑義于保障公司、汽船公司、其余相關(guān)輸送組織或郵遞組織所控制者，賣方不負(fù)任何負(fù)擔(dān)，
Incaseofqualitydiscrepancy，claimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerwithin30daysafterthearrivalofthegoodsatportofdestination，whileforquantitydiscrepancy，claimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerwithin15daysafterthearrivalofthegoodsatportofdestination.ItisunderstoodthattheSellershallnotbeliableforanydiscrepancyofthegoodsshippedduetocausesforwhichtheInsuranceCompany，ShippingCompany，otherTransportationOrganization/orPostOfficeareliable.
11.因?yàn)榘l(fā)新人力不行抵擋的因?yàn)椋灾卤竞霞s不許實(shí)行，局部或十足商品耽擱交貨，賣方概不控制。本公約所指的不行抗力系指不行干涉、不許制止且不能克復(fù)的客觀情景。
TheSellershallnotbeheldresponsibleforfailureordelayindeliveryoftheentirelotoraportionofthegoodsunderthisSalesContractinconsequenceofanyForceMajeureincidentswhichmightoccur.ForceMajeureasreferredtointhiscontractmeansunforeseeable，unavoidableandinsurmountableobjectiveconditions.
12.評(píng)斷(Arbitration)：
因凡本公約惹起的或與本公約相關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議，即使計(jì)劃不許處置，應(yīng)提交華夏國(guó)際財(cái)經(jīng)交易評(píng)斷委員會(huì)深圳分會(huì)。依照請(qǐng)求評(píng)斷時(shí)該會(huì)其時(shí)實(shí)行的評(píng)斷準(zhǔn)則舉行評(píng)斷。評(píng)斷判決是結(jié)果的，對(duì)兩邊均有牽制力。
AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththeSalesContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiation.Incasenosettlementcanbereached，thedisputeshallthenbesubmittedtoChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommission(CIETAC)，ShenzheCommissionforarbitrationinaccordancewithitsrulesineffectatthetimeofapplyingforarbitration.Thearbitralawardisfinalandbindinguponbothparties.
13.報(bào)告(Notices)：
一切報(bào)告用___文寫成，并依照如次地方用傳真/電子郵件/快件投遞給各方。即使地方有變換，一方應(yīng)在變換后___日內(nèi)書(shū)面報(bào)告另一方。
